Welcome to Banning Veterinary Hospital

Banning Vet Hospital got their start in June of 1979 with Dr. Mart Westbrook in a small garage that was converted into a vet’s office. In October of that same year, Dr. John McQuown joined the practice and they quickly outgrew the building. Dr. Westbrook decided to build a strip mall in 1988 to open a larger facility which turned out to be a 6,000 square foot veterinary practice.

The practice continued to grow, and in 2006 Dr. Westbrook’s son, Ryan, purchased the practice and quickly outgrew the building. Luckily he was able to expand into the next suite in the building and completely remodel the entire building to meet the veterinarian practices specific needs. The new state-of-the-art building is now 14,000 square feet and houses 11 private exam rooms.

We take pride in keeping our facilities exceptionally clean and providing an extremely comfortable visit for your pets as well as for you, the pet owners.

With videos, comfortable seating areas, as well as kid friendly exam rooms, we strive to provide an exceedingly satisfying visit for each patient.
